3. Live Animal Policy
- Live animals may be returned within 4 days of purchase with original receipt for refund consideration or store credit.
- Animals must be returned alive and in reasonable condition.
- Refunds or credits may be denied for animals showing signs of neglect, improper care, injury, unsafe housing conditions, or environmental stress after purchase.
- Country Critters Pet Store is not responsible for accidental injury, illness, death, handling issues, habitat setup failures, nutritional deficiencies, breeding outcomes, aggression, or compatibility issues once the animal leaves the store.
- Customers are solely responsible for proper husbandry, veterinary care, environmental conditions, supplementation, diet, heating, lighting, enclosure setup, and legal compliance.
4. Fish & Aquatic Livestock Policy
- Fish returns require original receipt and a water sample within 4 days of purchase for refund consideration.
- Water samples must pass water quality testing as determined by Country Critters Pet Store staff.
- No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued without water testing.
- Country Critters Pet Store is not responsible for water quality problems, tank cycling failures, filtration issues, disease outbreaks, aggression, compatibility issues, or improper acclimation after purchase.
5. Online Orders & Shipping
- Orders are processed after payment authorization is completed.
- Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, inventory availability, livestock handling requirements, or operational factors.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses and contact information are accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect customer information.
6. Returns & Refunds
- All live feeder insects, frozen feeders, perishable goods, and opened consumable products are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
- Non-living merchandise returns may be accepted at management discretion with proof of purchase.
- Refunds may be denied for damaged, altered, excessively used, or incomplete items.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
